Katrell Nash, esq.
Katrell Nash brings over 15 years of courtroom experience as a seasoned, results-driven attorney recognized for fierce advocacy, strategic precision, and meaningful results. She represents clients in criminal and family law matters, where her preparation, persistence, and command of the law consistently produce favorable outcomes.
A native of Biloxi, Mississippi, and the daughter of a military veteran, Nash learned early the value of discipline, adaptability, and standing firm under pressure—traits that continue to define her legal career. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and her Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law, becoming the first attorney in her family. She is licensed to practice law in both Georgia and Mississippi.
Nash began her career as an Assistant Public Defender in the Augusta Judicial Circuit, handling misdemeanor and felony cases across multiple counties. Her leadership and trial skill earned her roles as Felony Trial Team Leader and Co-Supervisor of the State Court Division.
She later founded The Nash Law Office, LLC, where she provides aggressive, client-centered representation grounded in experience, strategy, and results.
Her work has earned significant professional and community recognition, including the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, Zeta Xi Omega Chapter Community Service Award; Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated®, Psi Omega Chapter 2025 Citizen of the Year; CSRA Business League 2025 Woman Entrepreneur of the Year; and selection to the Georgia Super Lawyers list (2023–2026), recognizing the top 5% of attorneys statewide. Additionally, The Nash Law Office, LLC was named to the Best Law Firms, ranked by Best Lawyers, 16th Edition (2026).
Outside the courtroom, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and playing with her dogs.
